Getting Started

Get Started on Rehabit by creating an account, creating or joining a practice, and inviting other practitoners.

Creating a Rehabit Account

Patients don’t need to create an account, only practitioners. If you haven’t created an account on Rehabit, head over to the sign up page. Enter your full name, email address, and a password. You should received a verification email, so make sure to click on the verification link.

Joining or Creating a Practice

Back on Rehabit, you’ll be presented with a page to either create or join a practice. If you’re part of a practice that is already using Rehabit, then any invite you were sent should show up here. Click the “accept” button on the invite to join the practice. If you’re a practice owner, or you want to see if Rehabit will be a fit for your practice, then you can create a practice. All you need to enter is your practice name. Practice names must be unique across Rehabit.

Notes

You can create and join multiple practices. This is useful if you own multiple practice branches and want to keep them separate. Each practice will be billed separately.

Inviting Other Practitioners

If you are the practice owner, and you created the practice on Rehabit, then you can invite other practitioners to your practice. Go to the practice page (you’ll need to be logged in), and then click on the users tab. There’s an “Invite user” button, and a list of all the current users and pending invites.

When inviting a new user, make sure that you use the correct email address: the one that they will use to sign up to Rehabit with. If you sent it to the wrong email, you can cancel the invite and send it again.

How Rehabit Subscriptions Work

Rehabit is a monthly credit card subscription, like Netflix. The practice is billed, and not the individual users. You can purchase or remove user licenses whenever, and allocate or revoke them to and from your practitioners. You can cancel your subscription at any time. See the billing tutorial for more information.
