General Questions
Do my patients need to sign up?
No. Only practitioners need a Rehabit account.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Neither do your patients. Our platform is web-based, mobile-friendly, and should work on most modern browsers.
Exercises
Can I add my own exercises?
Yes! You’ll find the exercise builder in the exercises feature which you can reach from the menu. They’ll only be available to your practice.
Can anyone else use my exercises?
No. The exercises you upload are only available to practitioners in your practice.
Can I add exercises to the official library?
Yes. The Community feature allows you to contribute your exercises to the official library. We’ll review these contributions. If accepted, the original exercises will stay in your practice library and a copy will go into the official library. We won’t modify the original version.
Billing
How do subscriptions work?
The practice is billed monthly for each user (practitioner) in the practice. If a user leaves the practice, it will no longer be billed for their user license. If new users join, the practice will be billed for an additional license. We will not change the billing amount without your consent.
How secure is your payment system?
Payments are securely processed using Payfast. They are one of the leading payment gateways in South Africa. We do not store or process any of your credit card information.
How do I cancel my subscription?
A Rehabit subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. We’re in the process of automating everything and making it self-service, but for now you can just drop us an email at admin@rehabit.co.za and we’ll cancel it for you, no strings attached.
